Let's Benefit Ourselves
"I find power in my ability to relax and let go"
When someone has this ability, it shows that he or she has "Control" over their own Lives.
In a fast-paced world which can be extremely stressful, it is a "Skill" to let go and relax.
By doing this, you and I are putting our Mental Health before anything or anyone else.
Life is one big journey full of different 'circumstances' and 'situations' which we need to 'steer' through.
The more we can do this in a 'relaxed' manner, the "Stronger" we will become in Life, Mentally, Emotionally and Physically.
By letting go, we are staying in the moment by not allowing our Minds to wander on past bad experiences.
To "Relax" means to 'become less tense or anxious'.
This can only Benefit us, both Mentally and Physically.
And when we 'react' in this way, we have a certain type of "Power" because we are proving to others that we have that "Control" over Our own Lives.
Positive Peace and Harmony are far Stronger than negative stress and anxiety.
So let's Benefit Ourselves by Strengthening our ability to Relax and Let Go.
