It can be difficult to work out what does and what does not strengthen our hold on life.

We must be discerning and let go of anything and anyone which and who stunts our personal growth.

If ‘it’ does not make you happy then walk away from ‘it’ to make room for something or someone more kind, loving, caring and stronger.

Establish those healthy boundaries and reinforce your mental well-being.

You deserve to be happy and grow and to have a meaningful life full of purpose.

We need to “let go” of these thoughts so that we can have a healthy mind.

A healthy mind equals a healthy body which equals a healthy life.

Replace the negative with the positive.

Whatever we are thinking about ‘shapes’ our view of life and the world we live in.
