King Henry VIII said: “Of all the losses, time is the most irrecuperable for it can never be redeemed”.

How true is this!

We cannot make time stand still and once it’s gone, it’s gone.

Every ‘possession’ can be replaced, from food to clothes to money.

But time can never be ‘replaced’.

How many times have we looked back on something and thought: “I wish I’d done that when I had the time”?

This makes Time the most Valuable part of our Lives.

We need to really Appreciate and Use our Time in a Positive way now, because this will affect our Future.

Yes, Time is more Valuable than money as It can never be replaced with more Time.

This Encourages us to really use our Time Wisely, never wasting it for anyone or anything.

A Positive person will always ‘attract’ Positive friends.

We will always be much Happier in our lives when we are True to ourselves.

This will also build Confidence, Belief and Trust within our own personalities.

Why should we change just to please other people? 

True friends will Accept and Love us for who we are.

He or she may even Admire you because you refuse to ‘lie to yourself’.

Wherever ‘situation’ we find ourselves in, we can always Learn something from it.

Whoever we meet during our lives, when people come and go, we can always Learn something from someone.

Wisdom means never to close that ‘door’ thinking that we know everything.

Every single day we are Learning, we just may not always ‘realise’ it.

Like a Gratitude journal, if we wrote down one thing that we have learnt every single day, our journal would soon be full.

And then we could re-read these new ‘thoughts’ and keep them ever present in our minds,

Just make sure that what you Learn has a Positive effect on our minds.

People who are constantly looking for the next best thing are rarely content and are never satisfied with what they actually do have.

Whereas for those who are happy with what they physically have, these people are nearly always content with the world around them.

Which one are you and I?

Which ‘type’ of life will have a Positive influence on our lives?

When we are content with the richness of our own lives, we are happy within ourselves.

 This Is Priceless For Our Mental Health

When we are Alive we are Perfect.

However, sometimes, we have to ‘accept’ what Life we do have and be Thankful for It.

Being Grateful for what we do have helps us live through that life.

Counting our blessings will Strengthen our Minds towards Life Itself, and keeping “It”.

Out comes the Gratitude journal and our favourite pen, and we make the time to write in this journal.

This is such a good idea because writing down puts these words of Gratitude into our minds, and then we can re-read the sentences, imprinting these Strong and Positive words — in our Minds.

All of this is priceless for our Mental Health.

We have to ask ourselves such questions as: will this Help me grow in the right direction?

Will this ‘add’ to my Mental abilities?

Will this give me the Positive ‘vibes’ that I need in my life?

How will this new job contribute to the Positiveness I want in my life?

How will this ‘new friend’ affect my life?

Whatever we are doing, let’s try to look ahead and “See” how ‘It’ will affect us, again, both physically and mentally.

The ‘trick’ is that, once we are there Mentally, not to allow our minds to wander back into the negative.

 One Step At A Time

“Focus on the step in front of you and not the whole staircase”

Sometimes, a project looks impossible.

We look ahead, wanting something so much, and think: “How on Earth am I going to do that?”

When we first started to walk as a baby, we started with one step in front of the other, slowly, until we feel more stable and quicken our pace, until we are running in the garden, with mum and dad watching on and ever so Proud.

We don’t really change that much as adults.

When we start a new job, there seems to be too much to learn, but after a while, we wonder what we were worried about.

This quote can also apply to us physically.

For a person who is disabled in their legs, a staircase can seem like a real ‘no, no’.

However, we can start on those stairs, literally one step at a time, until, before we know it, we’re at the top of the stairs.

Whether mental or physical, when we achieve a big ‘thing’ in our lives, we should be Proud of ourselves.

Our brain has been likened to a muscle, and like every muscle in our body, the more we use it — the Stronger our brains will become.

A footballer trains for several hours every day, and the muscles in his or her legs become extremely Strong and Stable, to see him or her through the football match.

What we ‘put’ into our minds is no different.

We can Meditate on Positive thoughts, writing them down and repeating them, almost like rote, so that our Minds become Strong towards Life Itself.

Or — we can dwell on negative things and ‘allow’ our minds to become weak, losing our grip on life.

For those of us who live in relative Peace — do we Appreciate this?

When we think of the homeless, we learn to Appreciate what we have. 

Instead of sitting outside on a cold pavement all alone, hungry, most of us can go home, sit in the warm, and eat a nice meal with the people we love.

It is indeed a Blessing to have both a home and a family, to live with people we love and who love us.

And each and every day we need to Remember these Blessings and Appreciate them.

And staying Calm means that we have or are in Control — of ourselves and the situation we might find ourselves in.

A person who is in Control and has Peace within themselves can have a Powerful Influence on others.

Peace is something that we all Desire — both in our own lives and also for the world we live in.
