 Be Stable In Your Mind

“Start your day by appreciating one simple thing — a breath, a moment, a memory. Gratitude makes even ordinary days feel meaningful.”

This is another good way of keeping our feet on the ground.

Appreciate the simple, everyday things and we will start to see the ‘bigger things.’

Life is meaningful if we would only stop, think and look at our own lives.

We can breathe on our own which someone cannot do and needs constant help.

We can remember a moment in our lives which brings back a nice memory.

All of these things give meaning to our lives.

This helps us mentally to be stable and increases our well-being.
