 Appreciate The Simple Things

“Be happy with the little you have. There are some people with nothing who still manage to smile.”

This always amazes me.

So many others may have lost so much, maybe living in a war-torn country, and yet they manage to smile and stay cheerful.

They are an example to us!

Contentment is the quality which comes to mind.

The questions is:

“Can you and I be happy and content with what we have now?”

When we think about the “life” we have compared to others, we do become grateful.

What we want out of life affects our view of this.

Sometimes it is better to appreciate the simple things in life which do improve our mental health.

Happiness is a state of mind, and this will bring joy, resilience and peace into our lives.
