In our busy lives, when we are constantly helping others, it is good to give ourselves something.
We very often forget “us” in our busy day and this can have the effect of ‘emptying’ us.
In order for us to have a ‘healthy’ life, both physically and mentally, we must ‘give ourselves something’.
Something we love.
Something we want.
Something that inspires us.
Every morning, think about your hobby, the book you want to read, the music you love to listen to, in fact anything that you love, and keep that in your mind all day.
During the day or in the evening, “do it.”
This may only be 15 minutes every day but it will give you the strength and happiness that you need and deserve.
You’ll soon be smiling again.
