We take vitamins for our bodies every day to make sure that our health stays balanced.

Our mental health is just as important!

Looking at “Joy” as a vitamin is a really good way of understanding how essential our minds are to our overall well-being.

There are 13 vitamins that our bodies need to be healthy.

How many ‘qualities’ or ‘emotions’, like joy, are good for our minds?

We do not necessarily take all 13 vitamins in tablet form every day, but we take what is strongest for our physical health.

Our mental health is just as paramount!

A ‘does’ of joy every day makes us feel happy, confident and “good” for the day.

Joy is not just an emotion but it is a positive way of living with a purpose in our lives.
