Balance And Action
“Every morning you have two choices: continue to sleep with your dreams, or wake up and chase them.”
When we choose to get up and ‘follow’ our dreams, we are choosing to embrace opportunity.
“Action” provides so many opportunities that we really do not want to miss, especially where our dreams are concerned.
Sleep is important for our physical bodies to rest, and when we dream, our minds are being creative.
For our dreams to become the ‘reality’ we want them to be, we need to physically work for them.
The choice is ours to ‘live our dreams’ or just see them when we sleep.
Balance is needed as always.
We want to create an environment in our lives, which encourages and cultivates our dreams but also looks after our physical and mental health.
