We know this well.
Our minds control every aspect of us, from our emotions to our physical bodies to the way we live our very lives.
We need to be aware of what and who we think about.
Sometimes we may have to make a conscious effort to “think the right thing”.
But when we do this, we invite happiness, joy and positivity into our lives.
These ‘qualities’ will help us to face and ‘fight’ the challenges which will come our way.
A happy mind ‘is’ a healthy body.
Afterall, our mind is ours alone and it is our right and responsibility to “think” good thoughts.
