Self-Care Is Balance

“Take time every day to do what makes your soul happy.”

Doing something every day that ‘you’ want to do and that makes ‘you’ happy, will strengthen your mind and your hold on life.

Focusing on your own happiness and joy is not selfish but shows that you “care” about yourself and your life.

Embracing the things and people who make you feel good about yourself  and your life is not being selfish but it is being sensible.

Just like we care for our physical bodies, it is just as important to look after our emotional and mental needs.

If we can’t put aside 15 minutes every day for ourselves, we are too busy and need to change something in our lives.

Self-Care is Balance.
