“There is not enough room in your mind for both worry and faith. You must decide which one gets to live there”

Which “one” will make you happy and healthy?

Which “one” will strengthen your mind?

Which “one” will help to keep you in shape physically?

When we keep our minds full of positive and optimistic thoughts, there is no room for anything else!

We need to make the conscious effort to “think” the right thoughts.

Faith is the complete trust and confidence in someone or something.

Make that someone “YOU”!

Have faith and confidence in yourself and in your own abilities.

Remember what you have personally overcome.

Prove to yourself that ‘there is nothing to worry about’ because you are in control of your own life.

Having faith in yourself will build up your mental health.

Daily meditation will keep the mind full and ‘busy’ with constructive thinking.

Letting go of worrying thoughts will help us to embrace today and to live in the moment.

It takes time and effort but when we make the right choice, we become happier and healthier.
