Focus On The Happy Times
“Do not focus too much on things that make you sad! There are so many things that can make you happy!”
To be sad is a natural part of being human and it can be a ‘good cleanser’.
But it is not healthy to always be sad, which can so easily lead to depression.
There is so much Positive, Good and Beauty to Focus on in this planet Earth that there should be no room for negative things.
It is a choice and it is something that we have to do ourselves, to ‘shift’ our Minds onto the Positive.
This is where a little Gratitude Meditation will Help us every day.
Who do we have in our Lives who is Cheerful and makes us Happy?
Think about what this Beautiful planet Earth gives us and this ‘subject’ will never end.
Most of us Live Nice and Decent Lives with plenty of Positivity in them.
We just need to keep Reminding Ourselves and showing that we do Appreciate the Good in our Lives.
