You Owe It To Yourself

It is difficult to stop our minds from ‘talking’.
When we are going through a hard situation, our thoughts can go backwards and forwards, trying to find a solution, whilst all we get is a headache.
It is at a time like this that we need to learn to stop, sit down and breathe.
When our breathing calms down, our whole body will and this includes our mind.
We cannot possibly think with a chaotic mind, but when it calms, we can start to think more clearly.
Peace.
Serenity.
Calm.
Once we are all three, we can begin to make wise and sensible decisions.
You owe it to yourself.
