So that when challenges do come up, we will be prepared for them, overcoming them.
The mind controls every part of our bodies and every emotion, and is, therefore, one of the most important things in our lives.
Self-Care should be a part of our day-to-day routine because it is a necessity, just like we need to eat and drink every day to stay healthy physically.
This will give us inner peace which is a must on our journey of life.
