Happiness is a Choice!

Do you want to be Happy and have a Positive and Healthy Life?

Do you want to be unhappy and have a negative and unhappy Life?

It is a Choice!

Our Lives can be so much more fulfilling when we choose to Control our Emotions.

When we ‘recognize’ that we can be in charge of our own Happiness, and ‘actively seek’ this Happiness, our Lives become more Peaceful and Enjoyable.

Surely, we Deserve to be Happy so make it your ‘choice’ to Live a Happier Life.

This also shows that we take responsibility for our emotions because we are controlling ‘them’.

Choose to be Happy which is the same choice to overcome the challenges which come our way.

 Confidence Is Faith In Ourselves

“When you have confidence, you can do anything”

Having “Confidence in Ourselves” is one of the Strongest ways that we can show that we have Control of our Lives.

This ‘quality’ makes all things possible, especially in our Minds.

This is one way we can reach our potential in our Lives because we Believe in Us!

This “Confidence” gives us the Determination that we need to overcome the day to day challenges that come our way.

Trusting in Ourselves Encourages us to discover what we are truly capable of doing.

“Confidence” is a very Powerful ‘tool’ that empowers us to go further, beyond our limitations, to prove to ourselves that we really can do anything.

All of this “Faith in Ourselves” will unlock and open new opportunities for us, making our Lives so much more ‘interesting’.

We are able to chase our Dreams and accomplish them with this “Confidence in Us”.

The place to start is in the Mind!

“Take a small step every day”

Physically, one step forwards is movement in the right direction.

Mentally, this is exactly the same.

When we ‘push’ ourselves every day, to do that little bit more, we can Achieve a tremendous amount.

This will make a Positive change in our Lives.

It could be any number of ‘goals’, from improving our physical health to learning a new skill, one small step, every day, is the “key” to being successful.

There is Power in ‘Steps’, even if they are small, for Self-Improvement and Fulfillment.

These small steps can be applied to any aspect of our Lives.

It is the “consistent” step forwards which makes the difference.

We Learn and Build Discipline, Resilience and Self-Improvement.

We should also be Proud of Ourselves for Achieving each step, no matter how small or large.

It's So True!

 It’s So True!

“Never let society’s idea of beauty make you doubt your own”

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

We know this well.

Young girls grow up believing that Beauty is that ‘impossible’ picture of the model in the magazine.

‘She’ looks thin, her face is ‘perfect’ and there is not a ‘lump’ out of place.

The fact that the picture had been digitally changed is often forgotten.

To see what real Beauty is we need to look at the Earth, this very Beautiful planet we Live on.

No mountain ever looks the same but all of them are Beautiful.

The forests are all different, full of different animals and plants, and yet we are always Amazed when we look at each one of them.

Every ocean on this Earth is completely different from the other, and yet they are all full of Beautifully coloured creatures and coral reefs.

We are the same!

There are over 8 billion people who Live on this Earth and each person is Beautiful in his or her own Special way.

Believe that “YOU” are just as Beautiful, Special and Unique too.

 We Are Loved And Supported

“Never feel alone, there is always someone who silently cares for us”

This is an Important thing to Remember.

We are so busy looking after everybody else that we can feel lonely and possibly think that no one cares or thinks about us.

This actually couldn't be further from the truth!

Love is constantly surrounding us, we just don’t always “see it”.

Someone Loves us, whether he or she is a family member, a friend, a colleague we work with or simply the person we say: “Hello” to every morning at the bus stop.

Just like we are always ‘Supporting’ others, we also are Supported by others.

We are cherished by someone, and usually by more than one person.

This is a Good thing to put into our daily routine of Meditation.

We Love and Support others and we are Loved and Supported by others.

Accept Yourself

 Accept Yourself

“Your life would be so different if you just choose confidence”

How True this is!

When we choose to have Confidence in Ourselves, we are choosing to change our Lives.

We start to overcome certain ‘fears’ that seem to always be there.

We are opening our Minds and our Lives to New Opportunities, because we have the Confidence that ‘we can do it!’

Self-doubt will no longer hold us back.

Having this Confidence will ‘Encourage’ us to not hold back because we will ‘feel’ able to do things we never ‘believed’ that we could do before.

The word “Confidence” means: ‘the feeling or belief that one can have faith in or rely on someone or something’.

Believe in Yourself.

Rely on Yourself.

Love Yourself.

Having Confidence shows that you feel sure of yourself and of your own abilities — in a realistic and sure way.

When you have Confidence in Yourself, you are Accepting Yourself.

 Keep That Strong Hold On Life!

“The most beautiful way to start and end the day is with a grateful heart”

When we end the day Thinking about the Good things we have in our Lives, we will ‘quieten’ our Minds and ‘encourage’ a good night’s sleep.

When we start the day Meditating on Positive Thoughts, we will ‘cope’ with the day in a much better way.

Both are so Important for our Mental Health!

We want to be in “Control” of our Lives, and “Controlling” our days and nights will Prove that we have this “Control”.

Practicing this every day and night will bring Happiness into our Lives.

And the Joy that we ‘deserve’ in our own Lives will Encourage others to do the same.

Contentment.

Appreciation.

Gratitude.

All of these ‘Qualities’ will Help us to keep that Strong Hold on Life!

Living each day with a sense of Thankfulness will Cultivate in us that Life Is Worth Living.
