 Giving Up Is NOT An Option!

“If you get tired, learn to rest, not to quit”

When we are tired Physically, we sit down and rest, maybe have a cup of tea or coffee and a snack, and after fifteen minutes or so, we feel Better and Stronger to carry on with our day.

Being Mentally tired is no different, we just need to Learn ‘how’ to rest Mentally.

Giving up is NOT an option!

It is true that we are all so busy that we do get tired but the ‘Beauty’ is that we can Rest and Recharge and ‘just carry on’.

“Rest” is not a sign of weakness but a very necessary ‘step’ in our journey in Life.

“Resting” is a very Important part towards achieving our dreams and having a Happy Life.

Life can be tough but if we Rest, instead of just quitting and giving up, we will have the Strength to take up so many new and exciting opportunities.

Then our Lives will become Happy and Fulfilling.

It Is So Important For Our Mental Health

“Train your mind to be stronger than your feelings”

By “Training” our Minds to become Stronger than our feelings, we are gaining “Control” of both our Minds and our Emotions.

This is not easy because we are, by nature, emotional people.

It is Important though, because we need to ‘guide’ ourselves through the many challenges that come our way.

And we want to make “Rational” decisions rather than Emotional ones.

Consistent effort and practice will Help us to do this.

We need to Strengthen our Minds every day to become Powerful, Determined and “Secure”.

All of this will Help us to be more Confident within ourselves and more Resilient in our Lives.

All through our journey of Life, challenges will face us and when we are Strong Mentally, we will Enjoy our journey in Life so much more.

By ‘re-directing’ our Thoughts, we can overcome the overwhelming influence that Emotions and Feelings can have.

This will give us the Inner Peace that is so Important for our Mental Health.

When we look around the room and Physically see what is ours, we suddenly ‘realize’ that we have quite a lot in our Lives.

Whether Physical or having Companionship, most of us are ‘lucky’.

The question is: do I Appreciate all of this?

When we write down just one ‘thing’ or one ‘person’ that we have in our Lives, every single day, our Gratitude will grow Stronger.

And you’ll be surprised how long that list really is.

 Appreciate Every Step

“Sometimes you just have to appreciate where you are. You came a long way and you’re still learning and growing. Be proud of yourself”

These are lovely words to remember.

Every day is a step forward in our Lives and every step we take is a step to be Proud of.

It is Important to sometimes sit down and think about what we have personally gone through and ‘acknowledge’ how far we have come in our Lives.

We need to Appreciate ‘where’ we are in our journey of Life and that we need to move onwards towards our Futures.

‘Celebrate’ what you have accomplished, no matter how small, and continue to be Proud of Yourself.

We are all so busy every day of our Lives, that we can forget how far we have come and how well we have done.

We need to put the time aside, every day if possible, to sit quietly and Remember all of the Good that we have done over our Lives.

Every ‘step’ that we have taken, whether big or small, has added to our Growth and Development.

And we should be Proud of every day that we take that step forward.
