Increase Happiness
“Happiness is not something ready made. It comes from your own actions.”
Many times in our lives we ‘create’ our own happiness.
Encouraging joy in our lives fosters happiness.
Attitudes such as gratitude, kindness and compassion increase this happiness.
This will enhance our sense of well-being.
Happiness comes from within and it is our way of thinking and our view of life which can either increase or decrease our happiness.
Whilst external factors can and do affect how happy we feel, it is up to us how much happiness we allow into ‘ourselves.’
Having a proactive mindset towards optimism, joy and peace will help us to increase the happiness we want so much in our lives.
