This ‘teaches’ us to appreciate the enduring nature of qualities such as kindness, empathy and integrity.
We live in a society which is sometimes fixed on physical beauty and ‘superficial’ appearances, but what is “important” is what is in a person’s heart.
A “beautiful soul” embraces the moral and emotional characteristics that define a person’s true nature.
Very often, it is our convictions and actions which people remember more than our ‘looks’.
Having an appreciation for a “beautiful soul” will always lead to more meaningful relationships, which will lead to a more compassionate society.
Beauty can be skin deep or it can come from the heart.
