“I Am Joyful To Be Alive”
“Today, I just want to be thankful for the gift of life. No complaints. No requests. Just grateful and joyful to be alive”
This is such a good reminder to always try to Appreciate every day we have.
We live in such a fast-paced world, that we get so bust, it feels that we just don’t have time to Stop, Rest and Meditate.
Being “Alive” is a Simple and Beautiful Gift and one worth making time to Appreciate.
Five minutes, every day, to ‘pause’ and be Grateful for “the Blessing of Life” is Good for our Mental Health.
This will also Cultivate in us a sense of Gratitude and Joy which will Improve our overall well-being.
We may need to Remind Ourselves to be Thankful for this Gift.
Adding ten minutes to our morning routine, to sit quietly and ‘reflect’ on our Blessings in Life, will Help us to set our day up in a Positive way.
This “will” give us the Optimistic view of Life that we need to be Strong Today.
When we Appreciate our “Life”, we ‘see’ the Good in It, and then we “cherish” every moment of our Lives, what we have in our Lives, and who we have and see every day.
Life is Beautiful and when we are Thankful to be Alive, we are Beautiful.
