 We Want To Live Our Best Lives NOW

“Let it go. One of the happiest moments in life is when you find the courage to let go of what you can’t change”

This is a very Powerful thing to be able to do!

It shows that you are in Control of your Mind and your Life.

If we can’t do anything about a certain problem or situation, why are we wasting our energy stressing over it?

This ‘clogs’ up our Thoughts and our Minds when we could keep both free to Meditate on Positive ‘words’, which will help to Strengthen our Mental Health, which is so Important.

Having a Peaceful Mind will Encourage us to ‘Live in the Moment’.

“Letting Go” of what we cannot change will free us up to move forwards in our Lives, so that we can develop skills that will eventually Help us to overcome these obstacles.

We want to Live our Best Lives NOW and not wait for a better time or waste our time.

We can only grow personally when we let go of things that weigh us down.

If you can’t do anything about it, let go of it and move on in your Life.

Somewhere in the journey of Life things will change and then you will be ready to take Control of your Life.

Just Remember This

“You normal day is someone else’s dream, so be thankful every day”

When I read a quote like this, I always think of those who are living in a war-zone or where there has been a natural disaster.

I’m sure their lives were going along as ‘normal’ when, within minutes, their lives were literally turned upside down and nothing was the same as before.

Our quiet, normal and possibly boring days would be like a ‘Dream’ for them.

This makes us Grateful for what we can do and have in our Lives.

This Reminds us to never take ‘everyday Life’ for granted.

This puts the emphasis on us to have that Daily Routine of Gratitude Meditation, if only for five or ten minutes every single day.

We must never take our everyday Life for granted but do our best to Appreciate what and who we have in our Lives.

‘A Moment’ to be Thankful for the Opportunities and Freedoms we have every day will keep this Thought foremost in our Minds.

A normal day for us is another person’s Dream.

“Forgive yourself for the things you didn’t know before. Growth means Learning, not being perfect”

It is Important to ‘forgive’ ourselves for the mistakes we have made in the past.

There are many reasons why we take one ‘road’ over another, but it is sometimes the only way we can Learn from our Mistakes.

The Journey of Life is one continuous “Lesson” which we can either Learn from or keep making the same mistakes.

Life is not one big quest for perfection.

Life is to be Learnt from and Enjoyed.

If you cannot do anything about “it”, there is no point thinking about “it”.

Free up your Mind to Consider and Think about Positive things.

This reduces the stress in our Lives.

And it shows that we are in Control of our Minds.

Focus on the things that you “DO” have Control over.

Take Control of your Mind because it is “YOUR” Mind.

The Stronger the Mind, the Stronger your own Control on your own Life.
