Life Is Balance

 Life Is Balance

“Life is too ironic. It takes sadness to know what happiness is, noise to appreciate silence and absence to value presence.”

Life is balanced.

Happy and sad.

Noise and silence.

Absence and presence.

A lot of the time it depends on how we ‘look’ at life.

It is true that we often need the negative to know the positive so that we can balance out our lives.

Isn’t it always the way that when a loved one is absent, we miss them and wish he or she was still present in our lives.

Every tear we shed in sadness is very often replaced with a happy giggle and laugh.

We learn to treasure these moments of happiness and cheerfulness.

Even as we appreciate a quiet sit down after a busy and noisy day.

Take That Stepping-Stone

 Take That Stepping-Stone

“Soon, when all is well, you’re going to look back on this period of your life and be so glad that you never gave up.”

Every single trial and challenge is a stepping-stone towards a stronger life.

It just depends on how we ‘see’ them.

Giving birth is one of the greatest challenges in life and yet the ‘reward’ for going through it is a beautiful and healthy baby.

Very few ‘challenges’ or ‘trials’ will be as painful or difficult as giving birth, but they are real nevertheless.

So you need to say: “I will get through this!” and be proud of yourself when you do.

We can learn so much when we go through these things which will help us in our future lives.

You and I are capable of creating for ourselves a fantastic life but only if we never give up and are proud of ourselves.

Enjoy Your Own Plate

 Enjoy Your Own Plate

“Don’t let your food get cold watching someone else’s plate.”

Our lives and our time is far too precious to waste on comparing ourselves to others.

Why are we looking at someone else’s life, wishing and wanting, when we have a life of our own?

Our own lives!

Every single one of us has our own journey in life, with all of its opportunities, challenges and experiences.

|Why are we looking at the ‘food’ on someone else’s plate when our own plate is so full itself?

Find joy in your one ‘plate’.

And like we always try to eat food we enjoy, do and have things in your own life that you want and enjoy.

The potential we personally have is endless if we would only ‘tap’ into it.

If we constantly look at others' lives, we will miss out on so much in our lives.

Creativity And Innovation

 Creativity And Innovation

“Mistakes are proof that you’re trying.”

‘Mistakes’ are stepping-stones in our lives so that we can become the best version of ourselves.

Each ‘error’ reminds us that we are alive and taking part in life itself.

Mistakes are like feedback, we ‘see’, we ‘listen’ and ‘learn’ from each one.

It is how we respond to those mistakes that will help us to either go forwards into our futures or just not move.

As in every subject we study, we have to make mistakes to learn to get things right.

This also ‘ripens’ our creativity and innovation.

Keep that positive mindset and you will learn to gain experience from each mistake.

Let your mistakes remind you that you are on a journey and every attempt shows your dedication to life itself.

Explore Life

 Explore Life

“Always remember that your present situation is not your final destination. The best is yet to come.”

This can be hard to remember when we are going through a difficult time.

Just remember that any present circumstance does not define the future — especially when we do not let it.

Every day we are blessed with is another opportunity to ‘explore’ life.

Embrace the thought that each day is a chapter in your life.

Just make sure that YOU write the ‘words’.

Every obstacle we overcome gives us the strength to make sure that our journey in life is the best journey we can possibly have.

When you have control of your life, you can trust that “the best is yet to come.”

Speak With Compassion

Speak With Compassion

“The tongue has no bones, but it is strong enough to break a heart. So be careful with your words.”

What we say can have an incredible effect on others.

‘Speaking’ is one of the very first things we learn to do as babies, which proves how important communication is.

When we open our mouths to speak, we have an opportunity to encourage, inspire and motivate others with what we say.

What we say is a choice, like so many other things in our lives.

We would never think of physically hurting someone we love, so let’s make sure we don’t emotionally hurt them by what we say.

This means that we need to ‘think before we speak’.

It’s important to speak with compassion and care for a peaceful life.

Have A Happy Journey

 Have A Happy Journey

“Be strong enough to let go and wise enough to wait for what you deserve.”

Letting go can be very difficult to do but it is essential if we want to move forwards  in our lives.

Holding on to something that is no longer of any use to us will only weigh us down and stop us from going anywhere.

This does not help anyone.

We need to literally let go, if only in the mind, and strengthen our lives whilst waiting for another blessing or what we deserve.

Another reason to let go is so that we will “see” the happy times and actually be a part of them.

Releasing the past also gives us our power back so that we will be determined to hold onto and to have a pleasant journey through life.

Enjoy the journey.
