Put down the phone, turn off the computer and just sit down in the quietness of the room.

With no distractions, the mind can just ‘stop’ and ‘rest’.

We need this time to ourselves because we are just as important as everybody else.

Giving ourselves time, every single day of our lives, is a really good routine to get into.

There is nothing wrong with stepping away and giving yourself time to rebuild.
