When we think of those who are living in a war torn country — this is so true!

For those of us who live in relative Peace — do we Appreciate this?

It is a Good Reminder!

When we think of the homeless, we learn to Appreciate what we have. 

Instead of sitting outside on a cold pavement all alone, hungry, most of us can go home, sit in the warm, and eat a nice meal with the people we love.

It is indeed a Blessing to have both a home and a family, to live with people we love and who love us.

And each and every day we need to Remember these Blessings and Appreciate them.

I believe every one of us has said this at some time in our lives.

We look back on a difficult time and, seeing how far we have come, we feel Proud of ourselves.

The problem is that when we are going through a difficult time to actually Remember that we will ‘get through it’ and be much Stronger for it.

We will (and should) be Proud of ourselves.

Never Give Up! 

Because we never know what or who is just around the corner, ready to support us and give us Hope.

The thing to Remember is that we need to have Hope whilst going through or living in a difficult situation.

It will be worth getting through.

Staying Calm in any situation is Good for our Mental health, as well as for our Physical health.

And remaining Calm in a group of people helps others to remain Calm also.

How?

Because the human race copies each other and we are members of the human race and we ‘like’ to copy one another, especially someone who is Calm and in Control.

And staying Calm means that we have or are in Control — of ourselves and the situation we might find ourselves in.

As the quote says: “Peace equals Power”.

A person who is in Control and has Peace within themselves can have a Powerful Influence on others.

Peace is something that we all Desire — both in our own lives and also for the world we live in.

As Peace builds up, “It” is definitely more Powerful.

Positivity builds up and ‘secures’.

Negativity destroys, and once destroyed, there is nothing left — you cannot live this way!

The word “Positive” means: Constructive, Optimistic, Confident.

When we Construct a building, it stays a building for many years.

When we are Optimistic, we are looking forward to the Future.

Confidence is a Certainty.

The quote says to ‘make way’ which implies that we have to do something ourselves, either mentally or physically or both.

And like we have to move something so that we can move forwards physically, we need to move that negativity to make sure that we have a Positive day.

Rainbows are Beautiful examples of Nature.

Everyone of us Loves to see them, bright and shining, after a thunderstorm.

They also represent: Hope, Love, Happiness and Acceptance.

A thunderstorm may go on for a couple of hours, but we know that the Rainbow will appear afterwards.

And it is this that we need to Remember when we are going through a difficult time in our lives.

The ‘circumstance’ will change and open up our Lives to a much Happier time — to our “Rainbow”.

And how much Stronger and Determined we will be, and a lot more Confident.

In a way, we see our “Rainbow” every day because we Live on Earth.

We don’t think negative thoughts because we try to think only Positive ones.

Why is the company we keep and the people we ‘choose’ to be friends with any different?

When we keep ourselves busy with Positive things, we just don’t have time for negativity.

The other tears down, belittles and destroys.
