It is a well-known fact that breathing deeply is good for relieving stress and ‘emotional stabilization.’

This is having “control” of our bodies and lives, but especially our minds.

Turning our thoughts away from the stress and ‘concentrating’ on slow, deep breathing will bring a calmness into our day and our bodies.

Deep breathing is beneficial and very often used in therapy sessions.

Also, believing and knowing that everything will turn out alright shows the world the faith we have in ourselves.
