It is a choice!

 Be Kind To Yourself

“Forgive yourself for the things you didn’t know before. Growth means Learning, not being perfect”

It is Important to ‘forgive’ ourselves for the mistakes we have made in the past.

There are many reasons why we take one ‘road’ over another, but it is sometimes the only way we can Learn from our Mistakes.

The Journey of Life is one continuous “Lesson” which we can either Learn from or keep making the same mistakes.

Life is not one big quest for perfection.

Life is to be Learnt from and Enjoyed.

When we forgive ourselves from past mistakes, we can move forward and develop, growing and becoming better versions of ourselves.

We need to Focus on “Today” with a Positive and Kind Mind.

“Sunflowers are a reminder to be strong, stand tall, and always find the light”

We always Learn a lot when we Look and Watch Nature.

This Earth gives us everything to Help us Live, if only we would “Listen” to Mother Nature.

Sunflowers are very Simple and Beautiful sunny yellow flowers.

They stand tall against the wind and rain, and ‘find’ light, no matter where they are growing.

They are ‘Resilient’ and ‘Thrive’ in any situation they find themselves in.

Sunflowers are a ‘Symbol’ of Hope, Perseverance and Positivity.

We can take Inspiration from these flowers, who are so fragile but ever so Strong.

They are Vibrant and our spirits are always ‘uplifted’ when we see them.

We think: “Life is Good” when we see sunflowers.

All of this Reminds us to face challenges with Strength and Determination.

To always Look Forwards and ‘Up’ towards the sun.
