We live on a unique and very beautiful planet which is teeming with life.

No other planet has the variety of colours and ‘beauty’ like the Earth has.

Every day we wake up to a sunrise and the dawn chorus.

Every night we see the moon and stars light up the sky, and see the night animals with their shining eyes.

After every storm there is a rainbow with its seven colours.

In a fish tank, it seems every fish is a different colour.

What about you and me?

Every person on this Earth is unique in his or her colouring, whether hair, skin or eyes.

And when you see your baby smile — how beautiful!

Make that choice to see the beauty in life.

There never will be a perfect time so we have to make it perfect.

Sitting back and waiting for things to happen will only give us time to make excuses.

We need to be ‘proactive’ and ‘create’ the kind of world we want to live in.

This starts in our minds.

Enjoy.

This mindset needs to be ‘practiced’ every single day.

A champion will practice every day, all day, to achieve and win his or her medal.

We are no different.

Everyone of us is a champion in our own way!

Success doesn’t come through luck.

Success comes through hard work, taking the initiative and really wanting your ‘dream’.

Champions also have belief in themselves.
