We loved it when we were children because our parents ‘took’ responsibility for our Lives and all we had to do was play and enjoy ourselves.

However, when we ‘grow up’, the ‘responsibility’ becomes ours.

It is at this time of our Lives that we need to take “Control” of our Lives.

This is the biggest challenge we will ever have but also the most Beautiful gift that we can give ourselves.

We Learn from our mistakes.

We become Determined to ‘get it right’.

Let’s “Embrace” this challenge and really “Own” our Lives.

Our Lives will become Fulfilled, Happier and with Purpose.

All of this paves the way for our Personal Growth.

As time goes on, we become less nervous and more Confident in our everyday Lives.

Taking Responsibility for our own Lives proves that we have the Courage, the Strength and the Resilience to have a Life full of Meaning, Confidence and Happiness.

By adding just one Positive habit to our daily routine we can ‘change’ the course of our journey.

One Positive habit will eliminate one negative habit.

And it is the Positive habits which will Strengthen our Hold on Life!

When we use our Positive Attitude to Encourage others, we are showing that we have Control of our Lives and that we want Peace in this world.

This has a real ‘ripple’ effect on others.

It may seem a small gesture to us but it could really make that person’s day.

We are Proving that there are some Good People in this world.

We are Proving that someone does Love him or her after all!

If every person did this, the Life we have now would look so much Brighter and it would be a Kinder place to Live in.

 Let’s Be Content

“I may not have everything I want in life, but I am blessed enough to have all that I need. For this, I am grateful”

“Gratitude” for what we do have in our Lives will bring Contentment.

We will Cherish all that we have and who we have in our own Lives.

In this way we are ‘counting our blessings’.

When we sit down and think about what and who we have in our everyday existence, we are very often surprised at how much we do actually have.

“We may not have it all together, but together we have it all”.

Joy can really be Achieved when we become Content with the things and the people we have in our Lives.

We can only be Content when we Appreciate what we have and what we have been given.

Our mother and father gave us our Lives, and all through this Life, we are given ‘Gifts’.

We don’t strive for more when we are Happy with what we have today.

 Look At Each Step With Pride

“Slow progress is better than no progress. Stay positive and don’t give up”

Very few things need an immediate result, so sometimes the slower the pace the better.

It is Important to keep a Positive and Determined Mind when following our Dreams.

Progress is still Progress as long as you are still moving Forwards.

We need to Persevere and Trust in Ourselves, and not worry about how ‘slow’ we may be progressing in our own Lives.

Every step Forward can be met with Optimism, no matter what pace we take.

A slower pace is very often a thorough progress.

Any progress eventually pays off and is always worth the effort.

It is better to take small and slow steps than not move at all.

We may look ahead and see a difficult ‘journey’, but with Determination and a Positive Mind, each step no matter how slowly taken, will be looked back upon with Pride.

As our Minds “Control” every aspect of our Lives, it is of vital Importance that we fill our Minds with Optimistic and Appreciative “Thinking”.

This will give us a greater sense of Peace and Contentment.

All of this will Help us to stay Balanced within our Physical Health.

And “Healthy” Emotionally.

Like anything that is worthwhile doing, this will take constant effort on our part.

When we make it a part of our Daily Routine, we start to ‘look forward’ to thinking Positive thoughts and this becomes “normal”.

It is a very simple ‘thing’ to do but it brings Joy, Contentment and Peace that we need in our everyday Lives.
